Bauer said, “Most companies have a variety of systems that make up their CRM environment. Sometimes these are ingeniously beneficial to customers and the organization. At other times they mire critical customer-facing staff in unnecessary complexity, preventing them from responding adequately to customer service and sales opportunities.”
He said workshop will review various issues related to industry standards and rate them according to how well they support the underlying business process. It will also cover the steps needed to make CRM systems more effective. These include providing robust access to the users who need it most, automatically managing your customer retention plan from within system, revitalizing new customer acquisition, and using the latest deployment technologies (web and cloud) to reduce costs and shorten development cycles.
